The Help Center covers what we're asked most — why an import failed, whether your recipes are safe, how households work, what's free versus Edition, managing your subscription, and deleting your account. Most questions are answered there in less time than it takes us to reply.

You can also write from inside the app — open the More tab, then Help, and choose Report a problem if something is broken or Leave feedback if you have an idea or a request.
