Masterplan — Veil Technologies LLC
Last Updated: April 22, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Veil Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Masterplan application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Masterplan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
To use Masterplan, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and not be barred under applicable law.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. You may not share or transfer your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Masterplan offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Billing is handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and renews automatically unless cancelled.
Refunds are handled by the respective store, not by us directly.
You may not misuse the App, attempt to access its systems, use bots, reverse engineer the software, or upload harmful content. We reserve the right to take action against violations.
All Masterplan content, branding, and software belong to Veil Technologies LLC. Your recipes and meal plans remain yours, but you grant us a limited license to operate the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for nutritional decisions or outcomes based on app content. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. Any disputes will be handled in Pennsylvania courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept any changes.
